Pricing & Contracts

For retainer services (social media, SEO, content), we recommend a minimum 3-month commitment for meaningful results. Project-based work (e.g., campaign execution, website build) has no minimum duration.
No. Our management and strategy fees are separate from ad spend. Media budgets are paid directly to the ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) by the client. We advise on optimal ad budget allocation based on your goals.
Yes. As required by Nigerian law, 7.5% VAT applies to all service fees. Withholding Tax (WHT) deductions will be accommodated on presentation of the corresponding WHT credit note.
How We Work
After signing, we run a 1-week discovery sprint: brand audit, competitor analysis, audience profiling, and goal alignment. We then deliver a 90-day strategy deck for your approval before execution begins. You'll have a dedicated account manager as your main point of contact throughout.
Retainer clients receive weekly check-in updates and a formal monthly performance report. We're also reachable via email and your preferred communication channel (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.) for day-to-day coordination.
Yes — all content is submitted to you for approval before publication. We use a content calendar system that allows you to review and approve posts, provide feedback, and request revisions. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Results & Reporting
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts or revenue targets — digital marketing results are influenced by many variables outside our control, including algorithm changes and market conditions. We do guarantee commitment, transparency, professional execution, and honest reporting at every stage.
Monthly reports cover reach and impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, lead generation metrics, ad spend and ROAS (where applicable), key wins and learnings, and the strategy for the next month.
